This matched pair features single bead sights on a matte rib with standard markings and Italian proofs, engraved bird scenes on the sides of the receiver with leafy scroll borders, single trigger with selector, and tang mounted safety. The top of the barrel at the breech and forearm latch are numbered "1" and "2" respectively with the numbers inlaid in silver and the trigger guards are inscribed "T/A/D" with silver inlay. Multi-point checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with Franchi plastic buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements for gun "1" are: 2 3/4 inch chambers; full/improved modified chokes; .725/.725 inch bore diameter at 9 inches from breech; .037/.037 inch minimum wall thickness; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull. With unmarked shared takedown case with red suede interior.

Near new with original finish with a few light handling marks. The wood is very good with sharp checkering, surface scratches, small dings, and a few deeper bruises. Mechanically excellent. Case is good with scuffs and dings on the exterior and some issues with the locks.
