Manufactured in 1924. Fixed sights, with the two-line Colt address and patent dates on the left side ahead of the Rampant Colt, the caliber markings on the reverse, and the trigger guard marked "89" on the right and "1/triangle P" on the left. Overall finish is blue, with fine casehardening on the trigger and safeties, a pair of checkered grips marked "COLT/Rampant Colt", and a two-tone Colt magazine. Included with the pistol is a hand-numbered matching Colt "maroon box" with a blue and white end label.

Excellent, retains 99% plus original blue finish and vivid case colors with a few short minor scratches on the slide. The grips are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with some wear, clear matching label, and visible hand written serial number on the bottom.
