The included factory letter confirms the serial number, barrel length, caliber, grips, and that the pistol was held as a sample and display pistol by the Colt factory before being sold in 2008. With Colt "woodgrain" box numbered to the gun (also confirmed in letter).

Very fine. 99% original blue finish remains with a few light handling marks. The grips are fair as modified with crisp checkering and some small dings. Mechanically excellent.
