The letter further confirms the serial number, barrel length, caliber, grips, hardwood case, and box. Pistol features silver etched oak leaf and acorn designs on the slide with the slide markings executed in the style of U.S. military letter stencils. With smooth rosewood grips with silver medallions. Includes hardwood display case with fitted blue velvet interior, identification plaque, factory box with matching Colt Custom Shop label, and shipping box.

Excellent overall. 99% original blue finish remains with bright silver etching, and some light handling marks on the grips. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with some small storage marks. Factory box is fair with corner and edge wear and tape repairs.
