Manufactured in 1966. Blade front and adjustable rear sights, with the standard two-line markings on both sides of the barrel, a Rampant Colt on the sideplate, and "VP" and "O" on the left side of the trigger guard. A pair of "hollow back" Rampant Colt medallion grips are installed.

Very good as professionally refinished, with 95% plus matte black finish, showing some light handling marks overall. The grips are good replacements, with some dents and flat spots. Mechanically excellent.
