Manufactured in 1893, this revolver has the standard two-line barrel address on top and "COLT D.A. 41" on the left of the barrel. The left side of the frame is marked with the three-line/three-patent dates followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The revolver features small half moon blade front and frame notch rear sights, cylinder pin that can also be used to eject spent cartridges, a nickel plated finish with niter blue small parts, and smooth mother of pearl grips. The matching serial number is marked on the rear of the cylinder (partial), bottom of the frame, trigger guard, and grip strap. The assembly number "70" is marked on the loading gate. It includes a factory picture box numbered to another gun.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% plus of the original nickel plating and nearly all of the original niter blue finish with some light scratches and handling/storage marks throughout. The grips are excellent with some slight cracks in the left panel near the junction with the frame. Mechanically excellent with crisp markings. The box is about good with significant storage wear and some slight tears.
