This is a cased combination set for the Model 1891 (manufactured 1893-1905) consisting of a .38 caliber revolver barrel and cylinder and a .22 caliber single shot barrel. The .22 caliber barrel is numbered to the gun (barrel latch unnumbered) and has the Model of 1891 rib marking. The revolver set is currently installed to the frame and has mixed numbers ("2144" on the cylinder, "20946" on the barrel latch, and unnumbered barrel). The right grip panel is numbered to the gun. The faux period custom leather bound case holds the entire set and is lined in green felt.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 95% original nickel plating and grips with some scattered handling marks and overall crisp checkering. Traces of original case colors remain on the trigger guard. 90% original case colors remain on the hammer. The .22 caliber barrel is also excellent, retaining 97% original nickel plating. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with discoloration on the latch and minimal wear.
