The brass barrel flares out to just over 1 3/4 inches at the muzzle and the bore measurement is approximate. The barrel is not marked with any visible proofs. Floral engraving on top of the breech and on the sideplate. The lock is marked with the Georgian cipher at the center and "TOWER" at the tail. The stock has a checkered wrist and a compartment inside the buttstock (absent screw-off compartment door on the buttplate).

Fine, with an attractive bright golden appearance on the brass, and bright iron surfaces with some scattered patches of light pitting, and defined markings and engraving. A crack is visible on the lower tang. The stock is also fine with scattered dings and scratches, a few discreet repairs visible at the edges, a few very small minor cracks, and defined edges and checkering. Mechanically fine.
