According to the included factory letter, this revolver was part of a 50-piece order shipped to the Railway Express Agency of New York City, N.Y., on June 8, 1929. Minus the grips, the major features are documented in the letter, including the back strap engraving "RY.EX.AGY." Features fixed sights, standard markings, and a pair of checkered walnut Colt medallion grips.

Very fine, with 75% original blue finish, edge wear, spotting on the cylinder, and brown patina on the grip frame. The walnut grips are very good, retaining the "Rampant Colt" medallions with small dents near the bottom sections and three moderate dents in the right panel. Mechanically excellent.
