The sear is individually marked, and installed in the "shelf"-pattern trigger pack in item B of this lot; the B item is listed by serial number on the ATF tax stamp paperwork in field 4h, but B is not itself the registered item.

Very fine, with minor handling marks. Appears to be in fine mechanical order. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

Manufactured in 1982 and imported by H&K Incorporated, this rifle was used by S&H as the host for the auto sear described in A. Post front and 4-position drum rear sights, with a threaded muzzle, triangular forearm with folding bipod, and the S&H address and sear number added to the left side of the receiver in an area concealed by the trigger housing. The magazine well bears HK markings; the "G3" is likely a later marking, as H&K only imported semi-auto G3 rifles for a very brief window in the 1960s. Receiver is "shelf" pattern, with a functional paddle catch, the trigger housing is marked "S/E/F" with a right handed selector switch, and a fixed stock is installed. The bolt carrier was originally a semi-automatic model, with the sear trip built up via welding and an "IB" (1981) dated bolt head. Included with the lot is a clamp-on rail section.

Very fine as refinished/upgraded, with 95% of the factory quality matte black finish, showing some light edge wear and handling marks. The furniture is very good, with some light scuffs and dings. Mechanically excellent.
