The included factory letter lists this revolver as having a 7 1/2 inch barrel chambered in .45 Long Colt with blue finish (likely a factory error), and grips not listed when shipped to Gopher Shooters Supplies in Faribault, Minnesota, on February 20, 1973, in a two gun shipment. Per page 41 of Don Wilkerson's "The Post-War Colt Single-Action Revolver, 1955-1975" this is one of only 1,439 manufactured in this configuration. Includes an unnumbered Colt stagecoach box.

Very fine, retaining 95% plus original nickel finish with some light wear at the muzzle, and surface oxidation on the loading gate, hammer, and trigger guard. Grips are excellent with minimal handling marks. Box is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
