This original DWM Model 1906 commercial Luger has a rare Navy style "long frame" with a stock lug. It has the correct early style 4 3/4 inch fast taper style barrel, grip safety, scarce "GESICHERT" marked lower safety area and "GELADEN" extractor. Numbered in the commercial style with full serial number stamped on the underside of the barrel and front of the frame and the last two digits of the serial number stamped on the various small parts. The grips are unnumbered. No proofs are visible anywhere on the pistol. It is complete with one original magazine that has a nickel plated body and an original unmarked wooden base. Includes a second pattern Swiss military Bern leather holster.

Very fine, retains 80% original blue finish with smooth gray and brown patina on the balance. 60% straw colors visible on the small parts. Grips are also very fine with a few small chipped diamond panels. Mechanically excellent. Included holster is fine.
