Description:

Measuring 18 1/2 inches long, this is a functional reproduction of the Model 1876 "Camel Gun" Gatling, scaled to match the 22 Long Rifle cartridge. Configured with 10 part-octagon barrels and a brass frame, with a matching number "08" on multiple components, including the included Broadwell drum. A reproduction Gatling patent data plaque is present on top, with hand-scribed markings for the modern Gatling Gun Company on the underside. Also included is a brass and hardwood tripod with elevation and windage adjustment mechanisms, the latter including an automatic traversal mechanism.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The barrels show 95% plus blue finish, with areas of patina on the bright brass and minor handling marks overall. The tripod is also excellent, with the adjustment mechanisms in good order. Mechanically excellent.
