This very scarce K31, numbered as a commercial firearm as reflected by the "P" serial number prefix, was one of just 500 pieces made to commemorate 50 years of production, from 1931 to 1981. Standard configuration straight pull carbine with 1-15 marked rear sight. Matching numbers found on the barrel, receiver, bolt, and magazine. Chamber embellished with gold inlaid "254" along with the Swiss cross in shield on the chamber over "Jubilaums/Karabiner". A plaque is inlaid into the right side of buttstock reading "1931-1981/50 Jahre/Karabiner 31/Eidg. Waffenfabrik Bern". Blued steel and brass muzzle cap with Swiss cross. Import mark under stacking rod. Includes braided leather sling.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
