Manufactured in 1946. Ramped beaded blade front and absent rear sights, standard barrel markings and Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, and factory drilled and tapped straight tang receiver, which is fitted with a left side-mounted Griffin & Howe scope rail and Lyman rear sight base. The bolt is numbered to the rifle. It features a Lyman Alaskan 2.5x scope with leather lens covers. Fitted with checkered walnut pistol grip stock with ebony forend cap, hard rubber pistol grip cap, pancake cheekpiece, sling swivels, and checkered steel buttplate. The magazine floor plate is marked "-SUPER GRADE-" and added period inscription, "Malcolm H. Bohr/UNIVERSITY RIFLE CLUB." Includes brown leather sling.

Very fine, with 85% plus of original blue finish retained along with edge wear, cycling wear, scratches, and scattered dings on the otherwise very fine stock. Mechanically excellent.
