Developed in the early 1980s, the M82 series was adopted by a number of military forces where its powerful chambering and long range capabilities makes it useful for a number of tasks from anti-personnel to anti-material. It has the standard Barrett Manufacturing Inc. markings on the left side of the magazine well. The rifle is fitted with a heavy fluted barrel with Barrett two chamber chevron muzzle brake, ventilated steel receiver, folding bipod, flip up blade front and fully adjustable rear peep sights, Lone Star Ordnance Stowaway 2 style checkered grip, and solid rubber recoil pad. Carry handle is absent. Includes six extra magazines (10-round) and Leupold VARI-X III 8.5-25x50mm Long Range scope with flip-up lens caps.

Excellent, with 90% original matte grey phosphate finish remaining, along with areas of edge wear, cycling wear, green copper residue in the muzzle brake, scattered light scuffs, and light spotting on the receiver. The rubber buttpad has a slight brown oxidation all over. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with slight edge wear.
