Blued Bohler Antinit steel barrels with ramped beaded blade front sight and fixed rear sight on the raised rear quarter rib which is marked "JOH. FANZOI FERLACH AUSTRIA" and has a pair of German claw mounts holding a Zeiss Diavari 1.5-6x scope. The barrels show scroll engraving at either breech, engraved accents on the quarter rib and front sight ramp, 1972 dated Austrian proofs, and chambers with automatic ejectors. The sideclipped casehardened bolstered sidelock action displays beautiful full coverage oak leaf engraving which extends to the triggerguard, toplever, and both tangs. The rifle features bushed firing pins, double triggers, gold washed cocking indicators, and a tang mounted manual safety/selector switch with gold "SAFE". Nicely figured, multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings, Deeley latch release, and horn tip inlay along with the pistol grip stock which features teardrop carved drop points, blued steel grip cap with silver inlaid "C/St." monogram, raised shadowline cheekpiece, and leather covered recoil pad. Length of pull 14 11/16 inches. Weight 11 lbs. 4 oz. (scope included).

Very fine overall, retaining 95% original blue and 99% original casehardened finishes with minor handling evidence and what appears to be some oxidation from moisture at the left of the quarter rib. The wood is excellent with a few tiny marks and sharp checkering. The scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent.
