Manufactured as the Romanian answer to the SVD Dragunov, the underside of the receiver ahead of the magazine well is marked "ROMANIA/PSL/7.62X54R/ARMAMENTOS/WPB FL." over "1996" and the serial number. Fitted with a flash hider, post front sight, ventilated forend, 1200 meter rear sight, and laminate SVD style stock. The scope rail features a LPS 4x6 TIP2 scope. Includes a green nylon sling.

Excellent, retaining 97% original phosphate finish with limited handling marks and a safety drag line. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle.
