Factory Engraved Cased Smith & Wesson del 29-6 Double Action Revolver - Serial no. um cal., 4 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. This revolver shows factory Class C engraving consisting of floral scrollwork with areas of punch dot background. The included S&W work order requested by world famous country singer and song writer Hank Williams Jr., requests this combination of Class C engraving with the blue finish. “D.A.M.-Engr.” is signed on the crane. Custom Bear Hug grips made by Deacon Deason of Bear Hug and marked “HW” on the backside of each panel for Hank Williams Jr. Also included is a factory hardwood case with cleaning tools and a certificate of authenticity confirming Williams’ ownership of the revolver. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% factory blue finish, minor handling evidence, and cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent. The case is excellent. Mechanically excellent. Factory Engraved Smith & Wesson Model 17-4 Double Action Revolver with Box - Serial no. 33K6771, 22 LR cal., 6 inch solid rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1978/79. It features a factory scroll engraving on a punch dot background throughout and smooth target grips. Comes with an un-marked factory blue box, with instruction manual and warranty card. CONDITION: Excellent overall. The revolver retains 99% plus original blue finish and case colors showing a very light cylinder drag line and extremely limited mild handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine showing scattered wear and a tear on a long side. Estimate: 3,000 - 5,000

Hank Williams Jr. Inscribed Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 Double Action Revolver with Factory Letter - Serial no. N652891, 357
magnum cal., 5 inch solid rib pinned bbl., blue finish, Goncalo Alves grips. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration when the revolver was shipped on April 27, 1981 to GT Distributors, Rossville, GA, Hank Williams Jr.’s primary S&W distributor. The revolver has special ordered grips that Hank Jr. requested inlaid with hearts and music notes as well as the factory inscription “HANK” on the sideplate. This revolver is from the collection of world famous American country singer and song writer Hank Williams Jr. and includes a certificate of authenticity confirming his ownership as well as the aforementioned factory letter, which is addressed to him. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish, minor handling evidence, and faint cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with a single tiny spot through the varnish at the left grip heel. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Hank Williams Jr.’s Collection.

Cased Mike Woodside Signed Engraved Smith & Wesson Model 57 Double Action Revolver with Relief Carved Grips and Factory Letter - Serial

grips. This particular revolver features
scroll engraving on nearly all metal
surfaces including the back strap by
Mike Woodside who has signed the
right side of the grip frame. Red insert ramp front sight and white
outlined adjustable rear sight. The six shot cylinder is counter
bored and has scroll engraving covering all but the flutes. The
grips are relief carved on both sides with the image of a posing woman surrounded by scrollwork and the backs are marked “SNO/AJE/INDIA.” Includes a hardwood case with cleaning rod, two brushes, and screwdriver. The accompanying factory letter lists this revolver with a 4 inch barrel, blue finish and checkered goncalo alves target grips when shipped on January 16, 1968 and delivered to George Cake Co., Berkeley, CA.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine overall as embellished by Mike Woodside, retaining 98% plus reapplied blue finish, slight handling marks and crisp grip carving. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine with limited handling/ storage marks and some typical high spot wear on the lining.
