magnum cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, maple stock. Ramped, beaded blade front sight and adjustable rear flip up sight on the blued steel
barrel. The action is engraved with floral scroll designs on a matted background with the engraving extending 9 1/4 inches down the barrel towards the muzzle.
The floorplate is beautifully engraved with matching scroll surrounding a raised relief inlaid elk in a forest scene. Beautifully figured, fancy scalloped stock with four
separate contrasting geometric wood inlays, Monte Carlo butt, cheekpiece, gold plated sling eyes, and inscription plate reading “LLOYD L. WARD JR.” Includes a Weatherby
Variable 2 3/4x to 10x scope on Redfield Swing-Over mounts.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 98% original blue, light handling evidence, and some light discoloration. The wood is very good with some dings and scratches, varnish crazing, and sharp scales. The scope optics are clear. Mechanically, the firing pin will not remain cocked, and the safety is stuck off.

Beautifully figured, fancy checkered stock with five separate contrasting geometric wood inlays, Monte Carlo butt, cheekpiece, gold plated sling eyes, and initial oval reading “LLOYD/L./WARD/JR.” Includes a Weatherby Imperial 2 3/4x90 scope on
Redfield Swing-Over mounts.
