CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 80% plus reblued finish, plum coloration on the barrel, strong case colors present on the lever, some thinning on the barrel, and some areas of spotting. The wood is also very fine with some scattered small dings and scratches and sharp
checkering. Mechanically needs work as firing pin does not reset .

34605, 450/400 3 1/4” cal., 28 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrel with
beaded blade front and three leaf express replacement rear sights, matted flat, front sling eye, and
marked “WESTLEY RICHARDS & Co. LONDON” and “W. R. HIGH VELOCITY NITRO EXPRESS RIFLE. 400 BORE.”
on the left side of the barrel with patent marking on the right. The loading is also listed on the underside as “CORDITE 60 GR BALL 400 GR”. Blued falling block action with under lever to open the chamber and marked “WESTLEY RICHARDS & Co./LONDON” on the left and barrel patent on the right. The barrel is hand detachable

W.W. Greener Grade R.D.T. Boxlock Double Rifle with Case and Accessories - Serial no. 67763, 375 Express cal.,
28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1925 per page 111 of Nigel Brown’s “British Gunmakers Volume One - London” and proved at the Birmingham Proofhouse. Blued steel barrels with matted solid rib which holds the five leaf rear sight ranging from 100 to 500 yards,
hooded, beaded blade front sight, and the barrel address “W.W. GREENER MAKER 29 PALL MALL LONDON. WORKS ST MARY’S SQUARE. BIRMINGHAM.” The barrels are marked “AMMUNITION. 375.” and “40 GRS CORDITE/270 GR BULLET.” on the left and right respectively. The bolstered casehardened action features line
engraved borders, bushed firing pins, Greener safety, double triggers, and is marked “W.W. GREENER” on either side. The rear of the lower tang is
marked “GRADE R.D.T.” along with the serial number. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with horn tip inlay and Deeley release

Included with the rifle is a brass cornered, leather bound takedown case containing 15 rounds of .375 Express 2 1/2 inch, 47 brass cases, reloading dies, and single turnscrew. 14 9/16 inch length of pull. Weight 9 lbs 3 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine as professionally restored, retaining 98% reapplied blue finish with some pitting under the surface, 95% plus case colors, and mild overall handling evidence. The wood is also very fine with a few minor scratches, some varnish spotting, slight chipping on the edges, and sharp checkering. The case is excellent. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Thieme & Schlegelmilch Nimrod Hammerless Boxlock Double Rifle - Serial no. 24416, 450/400 cal., 23 1/2 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrels with beaded blade front and two position rear sights on the matted solid rib, engraved bands at either breech, caliber marked on the flats “450/400/EXP”, and standard German proofmarks with earlier proofmarks struck out. Casehardened sideclipped receiver and Nimrod sideplates feature fine English rose and scroll style engraving with “THIEME & SCHLEGELMILCH/SUHL” and “NIMROD-GEWEHR-FABRIK” in banners on
either lock, double triggers, cocking indicators, and tang mounted safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-
point checkered walnut splinter forend with engraved fittings and Deeley latch release and pistol grip stock with horn grip cap and buttplate. Length of pull 14 3/16 inches. Weight 6 lbs 10 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 95% reapplied blue finish on the barrels, 50% faded case colors, and mild handling s also very fine with a few light marks, a slight chip at the toe, and worn but well-defined checkering.
