PRF - PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED OR RESTORED

Produced circa 1860. German silver blade front sight, dovetail cuts in the barrel and frame for a rear sight, with two line patent marking and "59" on either side of the barrel dovetail. The "59" is repeated on several parts including the stock. Iron frame, with brass elevator, Roman numeral "II" on the lower tang, and "R.F. ENEWOLD" stamped on the left side beneath the wood. Smooth straight grip stock with storage compartment in the butt.
