Unmarked flintlock rifle with carved stock, silver inlay on the cheek piece, brass furniture and patch box, and a tiger striped ramrod.

OB - EXCELLENT- all original parts; over 80% original finish; sharp lettering, numerals and design on metal; unmarred wood.

The lock (dated 1803), hammer, flash pan, trigger and spring are original, all other parts are contemporary replacements. Left rear barrel flat marked "W.M. LARGE".

Full maple stock with brass patchbox, tiger stripe ram rod, crude scroll carving on left side of buttstock and contemporary heavy octagon barrel marked "G R DOUGLAS XX 50 CAL" on top. Double set triggers. No lock, action or trigger guard.

Lock plate marked with Belgium proof mark with "1.C.161" on upper tang. Complete with brass furniture and removable patch box. Missing ramrod and altered side plate missing a screw.
