The helmet is of Indo-Persian style with a one piece crown fitted with a plume holder and a sliding nose guard, a set of butted ring mail protecting the neck down to 12 1/2", alternating zig-zag color patterns that match the shoulder protection on the long sleeved shirt, butted rings for the shoulder trim, and 4/1 pinned and solid construction for the main body and the long sleeves. No maker's marks are present. Also included with the lot is a neck protector (16" pad, 8 3/4" hanging butted chain), an undefined sheet of mail (roughly 25" wide, 4/1 pinned/solid construction), and a short sleeved shirt of pinned/overlapping chain (17" shoulder to hem, 16" across below the armpits). The shirts and helmet are good, and the protector and sheet are rough.
