PRF - PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED OR RESTORED

This is a desirable example of a DWM Model 1908 DWM Bulgarian contract military Luger. There were two contracts for this model with this example being from the first contract in which only 5,000 total were manufactured. These saw heavy use prior to WWI and most examples were refurbished and then reissued during WWII. Most were captured by the Russians and reworked again. This example appears to have been reworked only once! It has the correct "DWM" marked chamber area with the large Bulgarian crest on the front toggle and a smaller one on the right side of the barrel extension. It is correctly stamped with cyrillic markings for "SAFE" and "LOADED" on the frame and extractor. Fitted with the correct lanyard loop on the lower end of the back strap. It has a set of checkered walnut grips. It comes with two nickel plated magazine with wooden bases that has been stamped lengthwise with matching serial number of "2001" on each magazine. Complete with correct Bulgarian contract military holster that has been slightly modified under flap.
