Manufactured in 1881-1928 by Frank/Francis A. Meanea who took over his uncle's shop, the famous E.L. Gallatin Saddlery shop in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Marked "F.A. MEANEA/CHEYENNE." Fine overall with some of the stitching undone, some of the rivets absent, general storage wear, and some repairs.
