Grouping includes a U.S. M9 flamethrower tank rig with backpack frame and straps. The identification information around the pressure tank reads "PORTABLE FLAME THROWER FUEL TANK M9/MANUFACTURED BY AMERICAN ELECTRIC INC. DATE 2-64 SERIAL NUMBER 229". There is a sticker on the regulator marked "OVERHAULED/AT/MCSC ALBANY/DATE/11-72". Tank rig and backpack are very good with some scuffs and scratches and no visible punctures. The M2 style wand has been deactivated in the standard manner by crushing nozzle and trigger assemblies. It has an overall OD green painted finish (after deactivation). A cut section of hose is also included.
