PRF - PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED OR RESTORED

Manufactured 1942 and subsequently embellished with scroll engraving and gold inlaid game scenes. The left shows scroll surrounding four birds, the right shows five birds and gold line borders around both scenes. The right side is signed "AN" at the bottom center.
