Description:

"1864" dated lock and barrel (faint). "IN" marked left stock flat, indicating ownership by the Fenian Brotherhood who made ineffective raids into Canada (reference p. 331 of George D. Moller's book "American Military Shoulder Arms Volume III"). Includes US socket bayonet and modern leather sling. Provenance: The George Moller Collection
