1) Wakizashi length sword, 28" OAL, 19 3/4" blade with slightly wavy hamon and a 5 3/4" long dragon carving on the right side. Signed tang with two overlapping mekugi-ana through a faint signature on the left side. Some minor spotting and wear on the blade, good overall. 2) Tanto length knife, 16 1/2" OAL, 11" blade with strong wavy hamon and attractive grain, Tokugawa-style "triple hollyhock" mons on the grip, gold accented fittings, red lacquer saya, and a signed kogatana with a sculpted scene of a golden bridge crossing a silver river. Unsigned tang. Saya rough, otherwise good overall.
