OE - GOOD - some minor replacement parts; metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in places, cleaned; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal legible; lightly scratched, bruised or minor cracks repaired; in good working order.
Manufactured in 1928 and subsequently modified to current configuration. Spurious "U.S." and flaming Ordnance bomb marks on the receiver, crossed Ordnance cannons and "WB" cartouche marked on the buttstock. Cylinder choke, 2 3/4" chamber, 13 3/4" LOP. Fitted with later production trench guard marked "MFR-1A424" under seven digit number. "1917" dated Remington bayonet, scabbard, and reproduction leather sling.
