Within the parkerized WWII U.S. Model 12 trench gun serial range of 1,030,000-1,036,000 (April 1, 1942-March 21, 1944) noted in Canfield's "Complete Guide to United States Military Combat Shotguns". The barrel is dated "44" on the underside of the breech (barely viewable). Reproduction ventilated handguard with renumbered to match receiver magazine collar. Cylinder choke, 2 3/4" chamber, 13 3/4" LOP. "U.S." and flaming bomb marked receiver, spurrious "G.H.D./crossed cannons" cartouche on left side of buttstock. Includes canvas sling.
