Introduced in 1946. With correct model S&W gold box (serial number illegible). Per consignor revolver is attributed to Henry Keutzer who was sheriff of Bureau County, Illinois, from 1946 to 1950. Includes Keutzer's sheriff's badge.
NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).
