All three feature straight single fuller blades and brass hilts. 1) Inscribed NCO sword, 36 " OAL, 30" unmarked blade, leather scabbard. "E. Schellhorn, Urbana. O." engraved on the guard. Scabbard is cracked and torn, hilt shows some bending, flaking of nickel on the blade, generally fair. 2) Emerson & Silver NCO sword, 38" OAL, 32" blade dated 1863, metal scabbard. Mild pitting on the blade, otherwise good. 3) Ames NCO sword, 38 1/2" OAL, 32" blade dated 1863. Mild spotting, otherwise good.
