The grouping includes two ribbons for Grand Army of the Republic posts named after General George Custer, along with a note claiming they belonged to Isaac Skillman, who served in the 3rd O.V.C., Company A, and the 5th Michigan, Company B. Also includes one button/ribbon commemorating the unveiling of the Custer Monument in Monroe, Michigan on 4 June 1910. All are fine or better showing vibrant color some mild wear consistent with their age.
