Fine. 3) Japanese Type 32 cavalry saber, 35 5/8" OAL, 30 1/4" blade with two Japanese characters on the right ricasso and "66355" on the left, iron hilt, checkered hardwood grip with leather finger loop, iron scabbard. Fine. 4) Japanese Type 32 pattern cavalry saber, 35 5/8" OAL, 30" blade with "66791" on the left ricasso, iron hilt, checkered hardwood grip, iron scabbard. Good. 5) Japanese army/police parade pattern saber, 36" OAL, 30 1/2" blade, brass hilt, wire wrapped leather grip, nickel/chromed scabbard. Good. 6) Signed showa-era blade with incomplete shin-gunto fittings, 34 3/8" long with a 26" edge, one mekug-ana, two symbols carved on the right of the tang and seven on the left below a faint showa stamp. Rough. 7) Japanese sword, 29 1/2" OAL, 22 1/2" blade, with a metal and hardwood saya, two mekugi-ana and a seven symbol signature on the left side of the tang; the signature appears to run off the square-cut edge of the tang. Saya rough, blade shows spotting and minor pitting. 8) Modern Japanese-style sword, 30 1/2" OAL, 20" blade, carved and painted tsuba, white grip wrap and saya. Very good.
