Description:
The included factory letter confirms the current grade, gauge, and barrel length when it originally shipped on December 7, 1892 to a C.J. Godfrey of New York, NY, and returned December 25th of the same year. The gun was then shipped to Hibbard Spencer & Bartlett of Chicago, IL, on January 7, 1893. The stock and triggerguard have been reshaped. Chambers measured 2 3/4" with extractor, chokes measured modified/improved modified, and 14 1/4" LOP.
