Manufactured c. 1863-1865. "RB/H" carved into the left side of the grip (attributed by the consignor to LTC Robert Bodine of the 7th and 26th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment). Includes a black leather flap holster (fair with moderate to heavy wear including flaking and repairs).
NC - FINE- All original finish 90% - 94% or better, some dings in wood wear commensurable with percent of finish. In working order.
Proofed in 1992 (BB date code). With a Remling brown leather holster marked "CSA," capper, nipple wrench, and powder measure.
