The included factory letter lists this revolver as having a 6 inch barrel chambered in .38 caliber with blue finish and type of stocks not listed when shipped to Sears Roebuck & Company in Chicago, Illinois on February 2, 1903 in a shipment of 10 pistols. The letter further states that half of the pistols in the shipment had round hammers and half had spur hammers.
