Manufactured 1905. As per the factory letter (copy) this carbine is listed in .44 caliber with a set trigger, rifle butt, carbine butt, and received at the warehouse on 2 May 1907 and shipped 5 December 1907 in order number 127553. There is a small import mark on the bottom of the barrel. "3085" is marked in the upper tang inlet and inside the crescent buttplate of the rifle stock which is currently fitted to the carbine. Also includes a carbine buttstock with carbine buttplate and a three-piece cleaning rod. Provenance: The Wayne Connor Collection
