Description:

35 inches overall, with a silver ferrule (tip absent) at the bottom of the 3/4 inch diameter hardwood shaft, with a 4 1/2 inch hooked silver head, with a elephant head design in the front and "Georg Reichmann/Beuthen a/S" on the left side. Today known as Bytom, Beuthen was taken by Prussia in 1742, and became part of Poland in 1945. Good, with mild handling marks and a mixed patina.
