PRF - PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED OR RESTORED

Manufactured in 1946. The included letter and write up in the Spring 2012 issue of "The Winchester Collector" state that the shotgun was restored to factory new finish by Doug Turnbull, engraved with Winchester Pattern #5 engraving by Pauline Muerrle (signed "PM" on the left side of the action), and stocked by David's Firearms for the Cody Museum Auction. Choke marked WS-1, 13 5/8" LOP.
