No makers marks visible, but of a pattern popular in the 18th century, including during the American Revolution. 37 1/4" OAL, 31" blade with a deep fuller on either side just below the spine, ornate iron D-shaped guard and a spirally fluted antique ivory grip wrapped in a copper band. Fine, showing mostly an attractively aged grey patina overall with some light pitting scattered throughout, a repaired crack in the guard, a few minor chips in the grip, and mild wear.
