The shirt is green herringbone twill, with blackened brass "US MARINE CORPS" buttons and "USMC" and the eagle/globe/anchor logo in black stencil on the left breast pocket. The initials "JHH" have been added to the collar above a tattered label; no other identifying markings are present. The pants are herringbone twill in double-sided spring/autumn "frog skin" camo, with steel fly snaps, belt loops on both sides, and semi-reversible construction, with a set of front hip pockets on the spring side and a set of back pockets on the autumn side. The waist of the spring side is marked "HOSPODAR" in black ink. The camouflage hood is constructed with a cloth crown and a mesh veil, both with 5-color disruptive camo pattern, herringbone twill foliage loops on one side of the crown, and a set of shoulder tie-downs on the ends of the veil. Also included with the lot is a "BOYT/43" marked tan canvas satchel and a green web belt with an Acme brand camouflaged field dressing in a first aid pouch and a pair of M1 carbine magazines in a pouch. The shirt and pants show mild wear and stains, with some white and black splotches on the shirt and rusting of the snaps on the pants, which also show some small repaired tears.
