Manufactured in 1868. Includes a fitted walnut display case with key, "COLTS/PATENT" powder flask, reproduction bullet mold, cartridge box, L-shaped combination screwdriver/nipple wrench. Consignor notes indicate the purchased this revolver from T. Rees Day, of Antique and Modern Firearms, Inc. of Lexington, Kentucky, at the Gun Report Show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 21, 1980. ConditionFine overall with refinished back strap and loading lever and otherwise some original finish visible on the remaining components, light freckling, and minor surface crazing on the grip with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Refinished case is fine.
