Exceptional American Half-Stock Percussion Target Rifle by W.L. Hudson of Cincinnati, Ohio

William L. Hudson Sr. (1812-1861) of Wales immigrated in 1837, became a naturalized citizen of the U.S. in 1848, and worked in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a gunmaker and gunsmith in the antebellum era and beginning of the Civil War.

ConditionVery fine with original finish, minor marks and scratches, absent tang sight, and two spliced knots in the stock. Mechanically fine.
