Description:

1) Ladies sized cane with grip attractively relief carved in the form of a bulldog/Staffordshire terrier head, appears to have been fitted with glass eyes which are now absent, London hallmarked sterling silver band with "J.AS" maker's mark, bamboo shaft tipped with brass, 35" OAL.2) 36" OAL, with a brass tip, knobbed wood grain shaft, and silver plated brass head sculpted like a dog's head with collar.

Rating Definition:

1) Fine, the grip having a few minor chips and age cracks, attractively aged silver and brass, and the shaft showing mild wear. 2) Good, with some crushing of the tip and light wear on the head.
