Description:

Brothers-in-law Jerome B. Gilmore (b. 1827) and David Pobst (b. 1821) worked together c. 1849-1853 before Gilmore split off on his own.

Rating Definition:

Good with gray and brown patina, moderate oxidation and pitting, chipped wedge and hammer, and general moderate wear. Mechanically fine.
