Signed Japanese Tanto with Shinshinto Era Attribution

A photocopied certificate from "Nipponto Antique Japan" (a firm active in Italy) describes the blade as "shinshinto" era (1781-1876), with the fuchi and tsuba from the Edo period (1600-1867).
