Manufactured 1910-1917. The gun is marked "1.27" and "1158" under the left grip panel indicating that the revolver was returned to the factory on two occasions for work, which appears to be a refinish and cutting the backstrap to accept Regulation Police grips, in January, 1927, and November, 1958.
